A nourishing variety of meals are offered that are adapted to meet
the special dietary needs of seniors. A licensed Dietician is on
staff to ensure that meal composition meets all necessary nutritional
requirements.
Our Chef is careful to take the dietary needs of each resident into consideration during meal preparation, following any special instructions from the attending physician.

Residents have their meals served in a lovely dining room, where parties and intimate family gatherings can also be held. Alternatively, a smaller dining room is available to first floor residents who wish to dine near to their rooms. During the summer months meals are served outdoors on the Terrace, where residents can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view on the Lebanese coastline.
